Genesis Martial Arts Amersham. Instructor Matt Jackson teaches a kickboxing based syllabus at Genesis Martial Arts Amersham. Classes are held at Chilterns Lifestyle Centre, Bensheim Way, Chiltern Ave, Amersham HP6 5AH every Tuesday.
The Dragons class is best suited for 5-8 year olds and starts at 5:30pm finishing at 6:15pm.
The Juniors class is for 9-14 year olds and starts at 6:30pm finishing 7:30pm.
The Teens and Adults class runs from 7:45pm till 9pm
After completing a warm up, students can expect to be put through their paces learning basic, intermediate or advanced Martial Arts techniques and strategy. These will be a combination of syllabus based techniques, techniques aimed at getting students ready for competition and self-defence. Classes are also structured with drills designs to improve area of ability such as strength, speed, stamina, power, flexibility, mobility, balance and stability. Matt pays his students close attention with the constant aim of all students performing to their potential.
